The Lord's Fitness Community Development Center is holding its first
annual

"Get Fit, Be Healthy, Grow Wise, Community Health/Wellness Fair"
on
SATURDAY, MARCH 29, 2008 from 11:00 am - 3:00
pm. 

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.  We are housed in a 34,000 square-foot
facility that affords us the opportunity to promote physical fitness,  mental
fitness, social fitness, and spiritual fitness.  We strive to support,
empower and encourage
healthy lifestyle choices within our community through sports, fitness/exercise,
health education and outreach programs.

I have attached fliers for the
event.  Please help us in promoting this event.  There will be speakers on
Diabetes, Nutrition, Exercise and Wellness.  The public can receive free
Diabetes, Cholestrol, and Blood Pressure
screenings.  There will be rock climbing and face painting for the
children, contests throughout the day for the older youth, aerobic classes and 
very special low membership rates that are good only on the day of the event.
