Subject: Unknown Consumer
Content: A customer service crisis has escalated through out our country and it appears as  consumers, it's acceptable.  Without you or me they could never be.  So why are we accepting less from companies that rely on our patronage to be successful.   Are we moving so fast that we do not notice the level or lack of service we receive, or is it just me?  I believe that management is not worried about consumer loyalty.  For example, Sprint has decided to 'fire' 1000 customers they say call customer service to much.  I can not believe they have the nerve to make a public statement like that.  If I had Sprint I would 'fire' them,  just because of their attitude.  If they are this bold they can not care about me.  What has this world come too.  Maybe their view on customer service has changed because  the internet provide an additional outlet to consumers.  I have created this forum to share my experience and hopefully get feedback from consumers who want to be empowered and feel they deserve better service.  I promise to share my experience with you good or bad and I hope you will do the same with me.
